Orders
- Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email
- After receiving confirmation the expected delivery time is 2-3 weeks for production and delivery excluding in stock items which are delivered in 3-5 business days depending on your location (refer to DELIVERY section of this page)
- For any possible delays we’re aware of you will be also notified via email
- If the expected delivery time has passed and you have not received your order or any information regarding your delivery please contact our customer service
- We accept most common credit and debit cards as well also offer other payment options via Klarna such as Pay later

- For professionals you can choose PROFESIOSSIONAL INVOICE as your payment method. Please not that you need to have an active professional account with us to choose this option.
Delivery
- The standard shipping fee for orderds within Finland is 12,90€
- In Europe 19,90€ ( Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal,Sweden)
- To other countries 39,90€ (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand)
- Customer is resposible for any additional fees (import/customs fees, VAT..)
- For orders within Finland the estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks for made to order items and 3-5 business days (mon-fri) for in stock items from receiving the order confirmation
- For orders to other countries the estimate is 5-7 extra business days, outside of Europe the estimate is 14 extra business days
Returns
- Once receiving your order you have 14 days to return any items if you wish to do so (excluding business customers)
- All items need to be in original condition and unopened (please refer to our general terms and conditions for more details)
- You’re responsible for covering the return fee yourself
- Once we’ve received your return you will receive a confirmation via email
- Please note that processing your return and refund in its entirety may take up to 45 business days, however we strive to do it as fast as possible for you
- Your return will be refunded to your original payment method (shipping fee excluded)
- Please note that sale items can’t be refunded as they are all final sale items. This does not apply to using promo/discount codes or gift card
- We offer a 5 month quality guarantee to all our hair should you experience any clear quality issues, even when following the care instructions. Please note that when coloring the hair yourself the guarantee does not apply.
Discount codes
- Discounts and special orders cannot be combined or used on sale items
- Conditions can very depending on the offer/promo and they will be specified individually
- Discount/promo codes can’t be used on shipping fees (excluding promos for that exact purpose)
