If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Refunds

Business customers- please note that business to business sales are final and cannot be returned unless the item is in some way faulty or not according to your order (for example, wrong item). In these cases please contact us to arrange refund or exchange.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seventeen (17) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Your payment will be refunded to your selected method of payment.
Please note that the refund may take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we will not be responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund in case they are lost in the mail.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Quality guaranteed products are primarily replaced with a new product.

Please Note

● Sale items including discount codes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

● Made to order -sales can be cancelled for 48 hours from ordereing, this means any hair/wig not listed as in stock products in our store or confirmed in stock by us upon request. You can find what we stock on our About Us- page and also by asking us what we currently have in addition.

●Items have to be in original condition
● Items can’t have any stains or strong smells
● Items can’t have any clear signs of use

Your Order Cancellation Rights

ALL MADE TO ORDER HAIR THAT IS NOT PUCHASED FROM THE EXISTING STOCK.  YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FOR 48 HOURS. For orders not made to order (in stock) you are entitled to termination of the sale within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. This does not apply to B2B customers. 

Guarantee 

  • We offer a quality guarantee to all our hair should you experience any clear quality issues, even when following the care instructions. Please note that when coloring the hair yourself the guarantee does not apply. In these cases please contact us. Please also note that it is natural for your hair extensions to wear out a bit in use. We inspect all cases individually.
